SUCCESS!!!

So today was weigh day .... I did great :) riddance of 2.2 pounds today which has me at a total riddance of (drum roll, drum roll) 6.6 pounds!!!

So there it is I am now at 230.4 ....
I told a friend I lost a new born today and I was never pregnant or a mother :) 6 pounds 6 ounces!

I thought I didnt do so good this week but I apparently did.

One tip .... KEEP YOUR SERVINGS FOR ONE. Its ok to indulge just do NOT do it daily.
I allowed myself healthier foods without really counting the points for it since they are good for you ... aka salad and fruits. No one ever gained weight eating those alone. At least I dont think :) and I am getting healthy eating them ... so be it!

Another reason to celebrate: Its been almost a month and I have been regular soda free! I dont miss it in the least bit! Discovered coke zero the other day and I must say...I LOVE IT. Although its high in sodium so I wont be consuming more then one a day. That and the artificial sweetener is not good for you either.
